Make a complaint

Use this form if you are not the owner of a listing on Xenindex and something on it infringes your rights or misstates facts about you or your company — for example a trademark used without the right to, a statement that is not true, or an uploaded image that copies your work.

A person reads every complaint and decides. Nothing is hidden or removed automatically because of a complaint. You get a reference as soon as you send it, and when we have decided, we tell both you and the listing owner what we decided and why. The listing owner is not given your name, your organisation or your email address.

If you own the listing, correct it yourself through Manage listing. For other problems with a listing, such as malware, a scam or a site that no longer works, use "Report listing" on the listing's page. You can also write to support@xenindex.eu.

The company or organisation you are complaining for. If you are complaining for yourself, write “Private individual”.

We send your reference and our decision here. It is not given to the listing owner.

What the complaint is about

Copy the exact words, or describe the image or other element, so we can find it on the listing.

Links or a description that support what you say: for example a trademark registration, the original of the image, or a source for the correct facts. Text only; files cannot be attached.
